1. Do I need to open account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us.
2. How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
3. How do I pay for my order?
We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards such as MasterCard, VISA, Union Pay and Online Transfer. We also provide 6 month 0% interest easy payment plan (terms and conditions apply).
4. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be delivered when your payment has been approved and gone through and billing and delivery address is verified.
1.How long does the delivery take?
Delivery to West Coast Malaysia takes between 1 – 7 business days. Delivery to East Coast Malaysia takes an additional 8 – 14 business days.

Warranty and Return Policy
1. What is the warranty for New tires?
Original manufacturer’s warranties will be passed on to customer. Such warranty is limited and will be for manufacturing defects (material and workmanship) only for so long as the tire tread depth has not reduced beyond 30% from original tread depth. Once the tread depth reduction exceeds 30%, the warranty will cease immediately. Example of manufacturing defects will be: ply separation and sidewall bulge. User related or user caused issues or issues caused by road hazards will have no warranty.
2. What is the warranty for Used tires?
Once the tire is installed in good condition, there will be no warranty thereafter. Used tires are sold on an “as-is” “where-is” basis.
3. What is the warranty for Retread tires?
Warranty is limited and will cover manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) only for so long as the tire tread depth has not reduced beyond 50% from original tread depth. Once the tread depth reduction exceeds 50%, the warranty will cease immediately. Example of manufacturing defects will be: tread separation, repair failures, wrong matrix, under-cured and not centred.
Please note of the two exceptions below:
(A) for any issue relating to the tire casing, warranty for manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) will be available only for so long as the tire tread depth has not reduced beyond 20% from original tread depth. Once the tread depth reduction exceeds 20%, the warranty will cease immediately.
(B) the following defects are neither due to our workmanship nor material defect and therefore no concessions for warranty will be allowed : (1) Broken, exposed or badly chaffed bead wire, (2) All types of cut or snags (3) Concussion or shock rupture, (4) Over inflation or under inflation, (5) Running Flat, (6) Oil contaminated rubber, (7) Rib tearing, (8) Misalignment & misbalancing, (9) Lumpy & wavy wear, (10) Ozone racking, (11) Overloading, and (12) Unspecified reasons, tire without tread rubber or without tread mark.
In all cases, user related or user caused issues or issues caused by road hazards will have no warranty.
4. How can I claim my warranty?

5. How long does the warranty claim process takes?
The process will take one month. If the warranty claim is established, we will replace the tire accordingly. For any refund that we agree to, the refund amount will take into account (or a deduction will be made based on) the tread depth used.
6. What if product is out of stock and I already made payment?
We will notify you that the product is out of stock and if you do not want any alternative replacement product, we will make refund to you within 7 working days from date of notice.
